Professional Biography
Chris McMahan is a professor of statistics at Clemson University. McMahan's research is focused on developing advanced statistical techniques that will make the genome-to phenome modeling strategy feasible. These strategies include the development of new Markov Chain Monte Carlo (MCMC) sampling strategies, highdimensional regression techniques, and Bayesian methods for solving inverse problems.
